When we text, and how to stop
We text about two things, and only if you asked us to. These messages come from Mill & Mantel Bakery, LLC, the family bakery trading as Mill & Mantel in Charleston, South Carolina.
What we send
A note when the week’s Sunday Box opens, if you joined the Sunday List.
Messages about an order you placed: that it is ready for pickup, that it is on its way, or a question from the kitchen about it.
How you join
You give us your number and tick the box, either on the Sunday Box page or at checkout. We never add a number that was not given to us for this.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. You can order from us and never give us a number.
How often
The Sunday List is one message a week, on Sunday morning. Order messages arrive only when there is something to say about your order, which is usually once or twice.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and it stops. You will get one message confirming it, and nothing after that.
Leaving the Sunday List does not stop the messages about an order you have placed, and stopping those does not cancel your order.
