How it travels
Everything we send is perishable, which decides most of what follows.
Where we ship
Anywhere in the lower 48 states.
Not Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories. The journey is too long for something baked this week, and we would rather say no than send you a box that disappoints. If that is where you are and there is a date that matters, call us. There may be something we can do.
When it goes out
Boxes leave early in the week, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. You choose the date at checkout and we work backwards from it.
How it travels
Cooled and sealed, two to three days in transit. You get the tracking number the moment the label is made, in an email you do not have to sign in to read.
What it costs
A flat $9 anywhere we ship, however large the box. We would rather one honest number than a table nobody reads.
When it lands
It is food, so somebody should be there, or it should be somewhere shaded. If you know a good place to leave it, tell us in the note field at checkout and we will pass it to the carrier.
Pickup and local delivery
Pickup is at the James Island kitchen, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5. Local delivery covers 15 miles of downtown Charleston for $9.
If something goes wrong on the way
Damaged, late or lost is covered on the refunds page, and it is handled without an argument.
