At 9am, we open a single, limited box of something we don’t bake any other day. Just one small batch, made for that week; when it’s claimed, the box is gone until next Sunday. Some folks call it a “drop.” We just call it Sunday.

The drop
Every Sunday at 9am, one box opens for 24 hours only. Order your quantity and prepay to reserve it.

The bake
Once orders close, we get to work. Each box is baked by hand that week, in small batches.

The pickup
Come by Friday 9 to 11am at our James Island kitchen. We’ll have your box packed and ready.
