There are two of us and a small kitchen, so whoever answers can usually help you there and then.
By phone
Mondays to Saturdays, 9 to 5. A person answers, and it is usually Kelly with flour on her hands.
Best for an allergy, a date that is close, or anything you would rather just say out loud.
By email
We answer within a day, and often sooner. Send photographs, dates, spellings for a cake, whatever helps.
Best for anything with details in it that would be easy to mishear down a phone.
In person
The James Island kitchen
1740 Signal Point Road, Unit 250. Come by for a pickup, and call first if you want to talk to somebody.
Best for collecting an order. No counter to browse, so a visit is worth arranging.
Some things have a page of their own
A gathering, a corporate order or a custom bake all need a few details from you, and each has a short form that asks for them. It means the first thing we send back is an answer.
